Josué Colón downplays PREPA’s delay in submitting financial information ahead of upcoming rate review

Despite warnings from LUMA Energy and the official examiner in charge of overseeing the basic electricity rate review process, Energy Czar Josué Colón insisted that the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) “will comply” its responsibility to notify the necessary income requirements for the coming fiscal years, despite the private consortium’s claim that the public corporation has already failed to meet several deadlines for submitting the information.
